They helped me out with my iPod. I wasn’t able to play the iPod video on my car’s radio. They say I have to save the file not as movie, but as music video. And it works great! My friend is also using avs and he is also happy with it. – Nancy

I find that 90% of the time, AVS is the easiest way for me to convert videos. For example, my students will use Photo Story and this saves in WMV, but I want Quicktime to use on the Macs with iDvd. The conversion is quick and easy. I also find the audio conversion program easy to use, and works most of the time.

With a “lifetime” product, they have to understand that you will be installing it on more than one computer over the years. I had it on three (my home and work computer, then replaced my work computer). I replaced my home computer recently and was told I now had to buy another copy as I had installed it on multiple computers. There should be some way to “deactivate” from an old computer, so you can use it on your new computer. – Renee

Purchased a subscription to avs about a year ago, really had problems with key delivery, but it turned out that all the messages from support were in my spambox.
